Engram provides a causal memory and debugging platform for AI agents. The Service allows developers to trace cause-and-effect chains across agent decisions to debug, explain, and improve behavior.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to process illegal or harmful content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Circumvent any access controls or security measures

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos—are owned by Engram and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data or agent logs you submit to the Service. By submitting data, you grant Engram a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
Do not submit personally identifiable information, credentials, API keys, or sensitive data. We are not liable for any data you choose to submit.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Engram does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Engram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
